Hereby the summary of last week’s Island Trade Mission organized by Lab Vlieland. Together with 14 other startups we presented our sustainable solutions to meet the high ambitions of the islands. The small scale of islands allows us to move fast and be front-runners in the transition towards being 100% fossil free, sustainable and resilient.

And… we’re off!! Yesterday we started the fossil-free Island Trade Mission of Lab Vlieland together with several start-ups, such as WesterZwam, Biomeiler, Kitepower, GroenCollect, VisBlue, #Hyetsolar. With the Ecolutionof Wubbo Ockels we went to Schiermonnikoog and Vlieland for meetups with local policy makers and entrepreneurs.
We did it ! In about two weeks we’ll set sail towards the most Northern parts of the Netherlands with one mission: a plastic recycle station on the Wadden Islands ♻!
